1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ph354 platform (the "Service"), including but not limited to the website located at ph354.cam, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any associated software or applications, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and refrain from creating or accessing a ph354 account. Continued use of the Service following the posting of any amendments to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments.

ph354 is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory authority governing casino gaming operations within the Republic of the Philippines. This Agreement is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

The Service is available exclusively to individuals who:

• Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under Philippine law;
• Are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and gameplay;
• Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

By registering for a ph354 account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. ph354 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time, and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA), as amended, ph354 requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must provide accurate and current personal information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Date of birth;
• Current residential address within the Philippines;
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number;
• Valid email address;
• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or valid Postal ID).

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. ph354 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy regulatory compliance obligations.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ph354 account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or through the use of aliases, nominees, or any other method, is strictly prohibited. ph354 employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, ph354 reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts;
• Void any wagers placed through duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any winnings or bonuses credited to duplicate accounts;
• Return original deposits (minus any fees) at ph354's sole discretion.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph354 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Immediately notify ph354 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. ph354 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

ph354 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be considered a phishing attempt and reported immediately to our support team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph354 accepts deposits via authorized payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other e-wallet services as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP).

You warrant that:

• All funds deposited into your ph354 account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you;
• You are not using ph354 for money laundering or any other illicit purpose;
• Payment methods used are registered in your own name and match the name on your ph354 account.

ph354 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of this Agreement.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, compliance with anti-money-laundering procedures, and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. ph354 endeavors to process withdrawals within ten (10) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification completion.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph354 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

ph354 reserves the right to impose additional verification measures, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds or for accounts flagged by our compliance systems.

4.3 Fees

ph354 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, bank) may impose its own fees. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the ph354 platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming providers, including but not limited to JILI, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other PAGCOR-approved suppliers. Each game operates under its own specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are available for review within the game interface or upon request from ph354 support.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in real time using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) under video surveillance and are subject to PAGCOR oversight.

ph354 does not guarantee winnings. All gambling activities carry inherent risk, and outcomes are determined by chance. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected wagers shall be voided, and stakes will be returned to the player's account. ph354's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the affected wager amounts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph354 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates, which will be clearly stated in the Promotion terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of Promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of system errors, will result in the forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and termination of your account.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if you make a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements.

ph354 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph354 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling among its users. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and our own ethical standards, ph354 provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session time limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform per session;
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph354 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to ph354 and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any ph354 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any ph354 software;
• Use ph354 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ph354 intellectual property may result in legal action and/or termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph354, its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Technical failures, network outages, or system malfunctions beyond ph354's reasonable control;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Service;
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Service.

ph354's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ph354's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination & Suspension

ph354 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Discovery that the user does not meet eligibility requirements;
• Conduct that ph354 reasonably believes may damage its reputation or business operations.

Upon termination for cause, ph354 may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonuses and associated winnings. Original deposits may be returned minus any applicable fees at ph354's sole discretion after satisfying all compliance obligations.

You may close your ph354 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal transactions.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your ph354 account, a specific game outcome, or any transaction, you must first contact our customer support team through the live chat facility in your account dashboard or by emailing our support address. ph354 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with ph354's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR, the regulatory body overseeing ph354's gaming operations in the Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures shall apply to all unresolved complaints.

All disputes shall be governed by Philippine law. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above procedures.

13. Changes to Terms

ph354 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the ph354 platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service and close your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

ph354 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and complies with all applicable Philippine statutes, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).
